WALL FAMILY

Our Easter this year that was very low key.  I had to work, Dylan went to church with his friend and Kirk and Rylee waited for us to come home.  I made a dinner and we colored some eggs and that's about it.  And this year Kirk and I celebrated our 15th Anniversary!  Of course we couldn't do much because we both had to work.  We did go out to dinner though and it was nice having some time to ourselves!  15 years went by so fast and I'm happy that we have shared them together!

I have fun sewing...here are a few of the things I've made in the last couple months.  I either made them for myself, as gifts or to sell them at my Etsy shop online ( www.camillawall.etsy.com ). One of 2 purses I made...this one is mine :) Some microwave heat packs...  Key Fobs... Potholders for Christmas gifts... Amanda and Jammie came to visit at the end of February. While she was here she took some pictures of our family. Here are some of them. I think they turned out pretty nice despite the fact that it was really cold and windy... We also went up the gondola on the Steamboat ski hill. It was a nice sunny day with better temperatures from the day before. Kirk wasn't able to go because he was working. It was nice to play tourist for awhile.

I really love this time of year. I love the decorating, the baking, the special programs at school and most of all, watching my kids enjoy Christmas morning. Here is a little bit of what we have been doing while waiting for the big day. Decorating the house and the Christmas tree... Dylan made this angel ornament for me a couple years ago. Here is the finished tree... These are Rylee and Dylan's FIRST ornaments when they were babies... A family ornament that we had made plus one of Jordan's older ones that I made for her in 2001... The school held a band concert for Christmas that Dylan was in. This was his first year playing an instrument. He played a baratone, at least I think that is what it's called anyway. Here is a video of the 5th graders playing one of their tunes. It was so cute and kinda funny, we kept hearing lots of funny squeeks and scratches but boy, did they try hard and did fairly well for only playing for a couple months. It was hard to get a pictur...
